Never Have I Ever Review

While writing supplemental essay for Princeton, Devi tells subjective side of herself. This is unusual. However its a beautiful end. Devi tells her core, she is missing her father. This is so deep rooted. The whole storyline bas a background. Devi’s character has a background. Her fathers death. All her beliefs, behavior, atitude, approach in fact stems from the deepest roots of the fact of the gap that she feels, is because of the fact that she misses her dad. She had princeton in mind always because it was their joint dream, it was not a dream of here dads future, it was dream of Devi’s future that her dad saw and Devi knows of. WIth the image of Devi graduating from Princeton as succesful competitive Grad, Devi has very very deeply rooted guiding image of her dad. She wants to follow the guidance that her dad had set, as if she is still on that common understanding with him. Here is a do or die for Devi, not for her existence, but for her strong bond with her dad. The bond is going to strengthen to highest level or die. If she goes to princeton, it will stengthen. If she doesnt go to any Ivy League, it might not. Devi is fighting hard to get into Princeton, because she is seeing the death of this bond. Nature is such, that which is not useful it will let it transform. If this bond doesnt work in her favor, the bond has to transform, the energy behind this bonding has to transform. But this bond can not die, transform, because it is so deeply rooted that its almost like being dead. Her dads bond with her, the dream of princeton, is so much unified with Devi’s existence that she must go to Princeton otherwise she is going to loose his father again. Devi’s story only talks about power of influencial relationships in ones life those have no target, those have no objectivity, it only is standing alone on the feets of simple mundane dream that is fully subjective without any basis. It might not be necessary, but if such dream is deeply rooted then its sufficient enought to get all necesaary things fall in place just by derivative power that is coming from source because the dream and the relationship is very near to the source. It was good watch 7/10. But the last eposode, the 5 mins of essay scene, brought me tears, to me that was real Devi.
